Dental health assessment

Taking Survey on behalf of my 9yo Daughter. She always has a nice experience and feels comfortable having her check ups, which is great as she’s building a healthy relationship with the dentist and her future oral health. Helen Fossey and the team are very nice and makes us all feel welcome.

Reception girls are always polite.Amanda the hygienist is always welcoming. Explains everything and listens if you have problems. Emma the dentist knows how scared I get but is always so kind and considerate. Emma is always happy and a real p,ensure to see along with Emma.

Seen by same dentist who now knows me , which gives me confidence in her advice.

There were sensory toys in the waiting room along with cleaning wipes and the dentist was absolutely brilliant with my child completely putting them at ease ,so quick they didn't even realise that the tooth was out

Easily the best experience I have had at a dental clinic. Kartik was very polite, patient and helpful. Every step of the process was explained to me with a concise plan of action put in place for future treatments.

My dentist listens and explains the procedure of the dental check, the Hygenist does the same. Both are very caring towards you as the patient.
