I was impressed with reception and was seen on time by Emma. Everything was explained in detail. I then went to see Amanda , the hygenist, who explained the new cleaning method in detail. See was very professional in her way of working. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Excellent dentists.

All the staff and professionals are very friendly and certainly welcoming. I was definitely put at ease at every point.

A really Professional and friendly Dental Practice

The staff are always professional and friendly, what thing I do not like to the water Hygiene machine is horrible, I prefer the old way, it may not be affective as the water method, but much more relaxing. Than being water boarded for 20 mins.

Everyone is so friendly. Everything is explained and checked that you understand. The new air flow was explained really well. My only negative would be having to overhear general gossip at the reception. I would prefer background music and not hear them chatting about what they did the night before.

A practice that I have used since the early seventies so they must be doing something right . A practice that always has a friendly atmosphere. My dentist Emma Ryman has always been a pleasure to visit and her dental skills are second to none My practice hygienist Amanda is also skilled and friendly. They both work in conjunction to make sure my dental health is as good as it can be .

Always professional but friendly

This was my first experience having Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) treatment at Envisage in Basingstoke. The reception members of staff are always friendly and polite. I enjoy having my hygiene appointments with Amanda. She is very professional and knowledgable, explains everything very well and always welcoming. I find this new treatment Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) less invasive as it eliminates the scrape and polish method. My teeth were much more brighter and I didn't experience any discomfort. Thank you
