Vish always puts you at ease. We can settle to the treatment calmly after some fun banter and reassurance of what was going to happen. Vish takes lots of care related to anaesthetics, sterilising nd numbing the mouth. Alice is a wonderful support arm for Vish and keeps up with Vish working efficiently to give confidence to me and I am sure for other patients that everything is ready when needed.Overall minimal discomfort - a little pain for a great gain!! Easy to book, appointment spot on time, Dentist had time to listen to my medication changes. Hygienist also had time, and listened as my teeth extremely sensitive and look time to hand pick them. Gives me confidence and makes it a pleasant experience.

It was a check up and everything was clearly explained related to the current state of my teeth and the follow up timing was also clear.

I have always found all the staff to be excellent at their jobs.I do feel however, under valued as a very long standing member of this dental practice. (Well over 30 years) You shunt us from dentist to dentist as suites YOUR needs(Putting Patients First!!!). There seems to be no accounting for loyalty for long standing patients.

I have to have 4 implants - treatment is in the early days having just had 2 bone grafts. Vish and his assistant made the whole experience almost a fun day out ! I was put very much at ease and afterwards felt hardly any discomfort. Knowing I have to have 2 more bone grafts now dies not worry me. Could not be more grateful to Vish and Precious.

I recently saw their new dentist Ryan who immediately put me at ease and explained in reassuring detail the treatment I needed.The nurses and receptionist team are always so welcoming and go above and beyond.

My fiancee Natasha came here today absolutely terrified. The practise manager noticed she was upset and came and sat with her explained what would happen and who she was seeing. The dentist ‘Ryan’ was amazing with her, made her at ease and took his time over explaining everything so she knew what to expect. I personnaly can not thank the team enough for going above and beyond with helping her get through her fear of dentists. We have a long way to go but she felt so much better after seeing Ryan.

Was made to feel at ease both by conduktant.and nurse - although no treatment was carried out as it was a consultation, the dentist was very thorough in studying the X-rays and explain why I was having problems with my teeth and the various ways to resolve the issues. He also consulted my regular dentist to get his views. We, together made a future plan and time scale for my treatment. The care taken was very positive and gives me a good feeling about mov8ng forward.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the lovely reception staff who were so friendly, Carly in particular made my little one feel at ease straight away, she even went out of her way to take us upstairs to be seen. Ryan the dentist was just amazing, he really took his time with with my daughter and I, giving me helpful information about how to take good care of my little ones teeth. He was absolutely brilliant and fantastic with children! I wish all dentists could be like this!

Im generally petrified of going to any dentist appointments but I can't rate Envisage high enough for their amazing care service. From their lovely receptionist (Amirah) reminding me with a call on the day of my appointment as i suffered from cognitive impairment, as well as very efficient whenever i need to change my appt time n date, to the lovely nurse Laura, hygienist Amanda n my dentist Emma, who truly understand my fear and are always very gentle n reassuring. Definitely a great team they have at their Basingstoke Envisage branch. I will have no qualms recommending this dental practise to anyone.

This must be one of the most excellent dental practices in the country. We have been patients here for around 50 years, always excellent. Nowadays it is an Envisage dental surgery. The past three weeks incredibly both myself and my wife have suffered very bad dental pain. The care we have received has been exemplary and patient friendly, from Reception through to dentists. My treatment has included an emergency extraction, necessitating follow up care and treatment as a problem arose that is taking time to resolve. My wife's issue is as yet not so clear cut, but she has received 'the best' care both in person at the practice and by telephone whilst dentist trying to establish the correct cause for her pain. We have not once been made to feel a nuisance, so important when is in considerable pain unsure where things are going. Thank you Team Envisage Basingstoke.

Exceptional customer care and professional dental surgery. I saw Emma today for some treatment. I was in so much pain from a tooth and contacted the surgery who responded to me straight away with advice and then I was lucky enough to get a cancellation spot to bring my original appointment forward. The receptionists were friendly and so helpful. I've seen Emma twice now and both times she's made me feel at ease with her confidence and friendly manner. Definitely the best dentist I've been to and highly recommend especially if you're a nervous patient like me.

As always, my anxious 6 monthly trip to visit the dentists was made so much more comfortable as soon as I arrived at Envisage; Rhea the lovely receptionist was friendly, happy and smiling, my check up with new dentist Helen was relaxed, she is lovely, as is her assistant whose name I cannot recall, my apologies, and my hygienist check with Amanda went well as always, listening to pop master on the radio always calms the nerves! Envisage is a small and friendly practice, everyone is made to feel welcome in the calm environment, which is exactly when you need when visiting the dentists. I shall be anxious again in 6 months time, but deep down I know there is no need to be. HUGE thank you to you All.

These guys are amazing. I have always had a fear of the dentist after several bad experiences at other places but the staff at Envisage made me feel welcome and relaxed from the minute I walked in. The reception staff, particularly Rhea are organised and understanding of patient's busy schedules and unlike other dental practices, have a solid grasp on dental problems which is very re-assuring as often after leaving the clinic, front of house have no idea about your treatment of future treatment that has to be arranged. This is not the case at Envisage Basingstoke. At Envisage, it's like one big family and everyone is part of one conduit all looking to provide excellent patient care and maintain that throughout the ongoing engagement with their patients.This especially, makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.

I had my routine check up with Dr Rakesh Sharma who was assisted by Nickky. They both provided a highly professional service whilst putting me at ease during my entire visit. Very professional service. Dentist Pardeep Padda is a conscientious practitioner, explaining all the services and procedures plainly. He is friendly, good communication skills and makes me feel at ease (which is a hard task because I’m a nervous patient). The hygienist Amanda is the best practitioner I have met. She’s friendly, easy to talk to, excellent practitioner and really encouraging good oral hygiene in a way that is very helpful. I’m a very happy patient of Envisage.

The best dental practice in the area bar none. I’ve been receiving treatment here the last 12 months and couldn’t find fault if i tried. The practice itself is clean and modern but still retains a homely feel so doesn’t seem overly clinical, there’s also adequate parking neaby which is a rareity in such a central location. By far the best asset of the practice however is its staff. Rhea on the desk is simply a gem, if you are in the slightest bit nervous or afraid of the dentist she’ll make you literally forget that by her naturally warm and caring manner. The most thanks however must go to my dentist Pardeep, he’s transformed my smile and has given me so much more confidence than I had before. He’s also the nicest person anyone could hope to meet and I wouldn’t hesitate recommend him

Cannot praise the staff here enough - the dentists, hygienist and the reception staff are all very friendly and knowledgable. I had been putting off having some cosmetic work done for years mainly due to nerves, I finally went ahead with it last year and my dentist Nandini was excellent. The whole process was a lot easier (and cheaper!) than I ever thought it would be - I am so pleased with the results and only wish I had done it sooner!

I only recently moved to the area and I initially booked an examination with envisage. From the examination to now Rakesh has been incredible with his explanation of what is available, personal manner and treatments. He has helped with stopping me from grinding my teeth and very recently repaired the damage that the grinding had done to my teeth. I am truly grateful to him and envisage! Their service and treatment have been first rate, I cannot recommend them highly enough!

My experience at Envisage dental B'stoke was excellent. I had a full check-up and then a plan was made by my dentist focused on my wish to have a straighter and whiter smile. The hygenist session was just brilliant. I could not believe how stain free my teeth were. And it felt great! Prices are the same as your average dental but the service is top class.

Pardeep is an awesome dentist and I am probably the most awkward of patients so for me to be saying this means I really really mean it!! Rhea on reception and Amanda the hygienist are equally awesome as well. All in its just awesome and I can't recommend them all enough!

Nothing is too much trouble for the reception staff and they have always worked hard to accommodate me, managing to book me in quickly when I have needed emergency appointments. In my opinion, Envisage Basingstoke are five star dentists. All members of staff are polite, friendly and all exhibit a high degree of professionalism. As a nervous patient I am always reassured and the dentist takes time to make sure I am ok. From start to finish the customer service was excellent! Clare on the front desk was amazing and booked me an emergency appointment - & there I was, in having my wisdom tooth yanked out that same day! In early 2017 I decided to embark on a course of dental treatment that would radically improve the appearance of my sixty two year old teeth. I had been considering teeth whitening for a while but thought it was a bit vain and maybe inappropriate for someone of my age. However after several discussions with my dentist, Nandini Kapoor, I decided to have the whitening treatment. I decided against laser as I was happy to commit to the 28 day overnight process and I was relaxed about the final colour. Nandini explained that the laser treatment would guarantee whitening at the far end of the spectrum i.e. completely white. I was just looking for an improvement in the overall whiteness of my teeth. So in the spring of 2017 Nandini made the mould impressions of my teeth and the plastic trays were created. At the same time we had discussions about what to do about some very old fillings in my front teeth. We decided to replace those fillings once I had completed the whitening process as the new fillings would be matched to my new teeth colour. I found the process of using the trays with whitening gel very easy. It took a couple of nights to get used to sleeping with the trays in place and thereafter it became routine. You need good discipline to keep going for 28 nights to ensure the process works effectively. Within a few days I could see a marked improvement in the whiteness of my teeth. However for a permanent improvement you must complete the course. I went to see Nandini part way through the treatment for a check up to ensure my teeth and gums were ok. After completing the whitening course Nandini very carefully established the correct colour for the new fillings and an onlay. I was involved at all stages and we had a several discussions involving Nandini and her assistant to ensure we went for the right colour match. Nandini completed the fillings and an onlay a few weeks after the colour matching. The fillings and onlay matched perfectly with the new overall colour of my teeth. I am delighted with the results. My smile looks great. Nandini took photographs before and after the treatment and the results are fantastic. I have to admit that I smile a lot more as I am very confident that my teeth look really good for a sixty two year old man! Nandini and her team are very professional and their work is to an extremely high standard. At the same time they are very pleasant and engaging as they guide you through the treatments and procedures. There was a genuine enthusiasm for my treatment and results from Nandini, her assistants and the Envisage receptionists. I can highly recommend the whole process of whitening and teeth restoration with Envisage Dental at Basingstoke.

Literally no better dentist to go to. The whole team are amazing, the girls on reception are the warmest friendliest ladies that instantly make you feel welcome. Pardeep, my dentist, is without a doubt the most reassuring dentist and, in my case, not always full off the best news about my teeth but hugely honest. I always take his advice. Amanda has kept my teeth polished and sparkly clean for as long as I remember. Nandini has recently done my facial aesthetics and fillers and soon as I had my consultation she was the one for me - went through the whole procedure and advised best for me with out a shadow of a doubt would recommend a million times over. I have been extremely pleased with the dental treatment that I have received from Pardeep Padda. He is very caring, lets me know what he is doing during the procedures and I feel that I am in a very safe pair of hands. Amanda the hygienist, the dental nurses and other members of staff are also first class.

With each rebrand it does seem to improve it has to be said.The dentists are top class and very thorough with a keen eye for detail.Have had a variety of odds and sods done over the years with no problems.Amanda the Hygenist is great, although I do get told off a little.However my teeth feel great after a visit. Must just say the two receptionists, Clare and Rhea are quite mad but guaranteed to put a (freshly cleaned) smile on your face.Highly recommended

The dentist that I have is DR Pardeep Padda is very friendly and professional and put you at ease if you are nervous or anxious like iam ,he also explain things you​ might not understand he a credit to the dentist practice!! The same go for Amanda the Hygienist. The girls on reception are very welcoming and friendly and professional.! The whole team do amazing job.!! The only down side is the parking!
